Shipping method & Estimate Shipping Times

Orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT (Correios de Portugal).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times:

Portugal: 2–5 business days
Europe: 1–2 weeks
USA: 2–4 weeks
Rest of the world: 3–8 weeks

At checkout, you can choose the Tracked Shipping option, which includes priority handling and a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Please note: for USA orders, tracking may not always update correctly once the package enters the country (this is due to USPS/CTT handling). Even with tracking, it might show limited or no updates.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU will include a customs declaration.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

🚨For USA: Starting August 29, 2025, due to new regulations, shipping is limited to sticker and sheet orders only. Larger parcels are suspended.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll issue a full refund.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

In their original condition
Returned within 30 days of delivery
